Due to the hundreds of thousands of possible different pieces and colours available in bricks&blocks and the LEGO® range, a seller can’t take care of missing parts. Bricks & Blocks companies, including LEGO take responsibility for this and can help you resolve any missing parts you may have in your new LEGO set.

PHONE: Call LEGO Australia’s customer service line on 1800 823 757. Why? LEGO® Australia services missing parts from new sets because it is virtually impossible for retailers to keep the thousands of parts necessary to help customers with missing parts from sets.

Shipping and Returns
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return new, unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a refund minus the restocking fee, which is 24%.
Shipping costs are not refundable, and we will deduct any insurance or extra costs paid via the website or courier. You also should send the item back by Post (paying postage fee) to our address or PO box.
As of February 2021, Paypal fees will also be non-refundable due to their change of terms and conditions. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return results from our error. The returns policy comes into effect after an order has been paid for on the website. All return items must be properly boxed and protected on return to prevent damage; otherwise, a penalty rate will apply (depending on how much damage is incurred upon arrival).
You should expect your refund after we have received the product and verified the condition of the returned product. Your refund will be returned to you, in the same manner it was given ie. credit card payments will be refunded via your credit card.

RETURN TO SENDER PARCEL BY COURIER POLICY :
If your parcel is returned to us by chosen courier, ie Australian Post, and the fault is not of OLLPI, you will be liable for the total cost of re-postage to your postcode. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return results from our error.
